Highlights
112,000 SF Class A Office Building in Downtown Greensboro
Nine stories overlooking First National Bank Field
Details
400 Bellemeade is a nine-story Class A office tower uniquely positioned in the outfield corner of First National Bank Field, home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers. Located at the intersection of Bellemeade and Eugene Streets, the 112,000 SF development brought a new standard of office space to downtown Greensboro while contributing to the transformation of a growing sports, entertainment, and mixed-use district.
Originally envisioned by the Greensboro Grasshoppers organization as a way to enhance the ballpark experience and support downtown growth, the project took shape through a close collaboration between Front Street Capital, the Grasshoppers, prospective tenants, and community stakeholders. Together, they brought the first new office tower to downtown Greensboro in decades, capitalizing on an unconventional location to create a distinctive workplace with ballpark-facing balconies, expansive views, and an unmatched connection to the energy of downtown.
Beyond its unique setting, 400 Bellemeade helped establish momentum at one of Greensboro's most promising intersections, surrounded by emerging hotels, apartments, retail, and entertainment destinations. The project demonstrates Front Street's ability to recognize opportunity in unexpected places, build partnerships around a shared vision, and deliver institutional-quality development that strengthens the surrounding urban environment.
Impact
400 Bellemeade brought new energy to downtown Greensboro's skyline, transforming an outfield corner into a premier workplace and helping anchor a growing district where business, entertainment, and community come together.
