FFront Street Capital is seeking an experienced Building Engineer to support the day-to-day operations and physical integrity of its commercial real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across the firm’s properties — ensuring tenant satisfaction, code compliance, and the long-term preservation of asset value.
The Building Engineer works with limited supervision and is expected to exercise sound independent judgment across a range of building systems and trade disciplines. This role is the first line of response for maintenance requests, emergency situations, and contractor oversight — and serves as a direct extension of the firm’s commitment to well-operated, well-maintained properties.
