Taylor Woodson
SENIOR REAL ESTATE MANAGER
Taylor is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in property management. Since joining the team in 2019, he has been instrumental in expanding the management portfolio and taking on increasingly strategic responsibilities. As a key member of the real estate management team, Taylor is responsible for property management that drives financial performance through budget creation, forecasting, financial analysis and optimizing net operating income.
A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Real Estate and a minor in Property Management, Taylor is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. His in-depth industry knowledge and licensure, combined with his hands-on experience, position him as a valuable asset to the team. Currently managing a substantial portfolio of over 4 million square feet across industrial, medical, and office properties in the Triad, Taylor brings a wealth of experience to every project. Prior to joining Front Street, he served as property manager at CBRE in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys working on vintage cars, going to races, and spending time in the mountains.
