Lee Ramsey
DIRECTOR
Lee Ramsey joined Front Street Capital in 2026 as Director of Finance and Accounting, where he leads the firm's internal accounting and financial operations. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning public accounting and the real estate industry, providing financial leadership that supports the firm's continued growth.
Before joining Front Street, Lee served in a similar role at LeoTerra Development, a Triad-based real estate development company. Prior to that, he spent nine years in Deloitte's Carolinas Audit & Assurance practice, advising public and private clients with a focus on real estate and hospitality, including public and private REITs, investment companies, and owners across the multifamily, retail, office, and hospitality sectors.
Lee earned a bachelor's degree in economics and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and a member of both the North Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Originally from Charlotte, Lee put down family roots in Winston-Salem in 2021. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, cheering on the Tar Heels, and spending time with his wife, Emily and their two young children.
