Kaitlyn joined the Front Street team in 2024 as an Accounting Associate and was then promoted to Property Accountant in 2026. With a keen eye for detail, she excels in managing accounts receivable and payable, performing accurate reconciliations, and ensuring timely financial postings. Her responsibilities also encompass efficient rent collection, contributing to smooth overall financial operations.
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was a valuable member of the global team project. Her educational background, coupled with her practical experience, makes her a valuable asset to the team.
When not working, Kaitlyn enjoys outdoor activities, fitness, and quality time with her husband, son, and twin daughters.
