Taylor is a seasoned real estate professional with seven years of dedicated experience in property management. Taylor joined Front Street Capital in 2019 and is responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of CAM recovery charges, enforcement of all lease terms, and budgeting for operational success of investment assets. Taylor manages over 4 million square feet of industrial, medical, and office space in the Triad. Prior to joining Front Street, Taylor was a property manager with CBRE in Charlottesville, VA. Taylor graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Real Estate and a minor in Property Management.
