Front Street Resource Opportunities Fund

Objective: To achieve capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of equities, securities of Resource Issuers engaged in oil and gas or mining exploration, development, production, or other forms of energy production, pulp and paper, forestry industries, or energy product and related resource businesses.

Investments will be made in common shares and other securities of Resource Issuers, including junior Resource Issuers with the objective of achieving capital appreciation for Shareholders. Such investments may include short selling of securities that are overvalued.

We may also consider non-investment factors such as cash flow and liquidity, hold periods and restrictions, risk factors, stop-loss containment and tax-efficient distributions.
