Fund is able to invest in strong management teams at a time when a classic supply and demand situation indicates positive growth in junior oil and gas companies. The Fund is designed and equipped to invest in the most promising of these junior companies and take advantage of the factors leading to re-growth in the Canadian energy sector.
Maximum capital appreciation is achieved by investing in small and medium-sized companies with strong growth prospects and a well-defined exit strategy, such as an initial public offering, or acquisition.
